Rob Williams has just told me the plan for my volunteer work. I will be in Manu National Park from 4th Sept to 25th Sept. I will also be helping out on the Inca Trail & Machu Pichu surveying the interpretation along the way! fantastic!!

I hope to be getting a plan of what work i will be doing soon, but its mostly with gaint otters i thinks. At the end of project work i will be travelling via lake titicaca, machu pichu, arquipe and nazca back to Lima if i get chance. I will be based in Cuzco when i am not in the jungle!

my first blog ever

Hi
I have about 40 days left till i fly out to Peru for 6 weeks where i will be volunteering in Manu National Park surveying wildlife, probably inc giant otters how cool is that! I may also be helping with an andean cat project up in the mountains.

Most of the time i will be camping in the jungle on the river banks so will not have access to the internet, but hope to be able to blog when ever i get chance! Hopefully my spanish will improve while i out there.
